From the start of the new academic year, 2009/10, all communication to students will be via their UAL email addresses.

 There will be no exceptions.

There will be no excuses.

One of the things that has been problematic for the University is ensuring that students are getting information in a timely fashion. With people using more than one email address, this can often become difficult. To avoid confusion, the University has established a policy that all student contact via email will be via their UAL email address.
