This is best looking bad building in years!

An amazing piece of design, structure and function; true. But, it uses something like 2 times the amount of energy as the main stadium built for the Sydney Olympics 4 years earlier. Given the way sustainable technology moves so quickly, you expect that the buildings for the Beijing Olympics would have been much 'greener' than those in Sydney - but, alas, this is not the case.

So, we have a great piece of design that is NOT hot because it is does not address the issues that architecture and design needs to take on board.
